  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Responsibilities: Outpatient care only
  • Call Ratio: Balanced call distribution among physicians
  • Patient Load: Approximately 18 patients per day
  • Resources: Access to advanced medical equipment and comprehensive support
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess health conditions
  • Monitor lab results and medication compliance
  • Administer treatments, therapies, and medications to manage patient health
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures and treatment options
  • Refer patients to specialists as needed
  • Participate in hospital committees to ensure equitable distribution of responsibilities
  • Collaborate with and manage APPs

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine
  • Valid medical license in the state
  • Experience in a primary care environment
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $320,000 - $418,000
  • Income guarantee provided
