About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and revenue performance while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with leadership to develop and execute performance and productivity goals.
  • Utilize OTF/Thrive tools and reporting systems to manage leads, sales, and follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed monthly membership and sales targets.
  • Develop a high-energy culture of OTF and stay current on all Orange University curriculum.
  • Attend regular leadership and sales meetings.
Requirements
  • Sales driver with a strong track record of achieving goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Independent thinker with a team-oriented approach.
  • Honesty, integrity, and accountability.
What We Offer
