About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team of talented bakery artists. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing cakes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Receive and process online, phone, and in-person cake orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage cake and icing inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Cake Decorating Station Management: Maintain a clean and organized cake decorating station, including preparing icings, stocking decopacs, and following all sanitation procedures.
  • Cake Decoration: Decorate cakes according to design standards, ensuring that each cake meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a positive, friendly working relationship with guests, team members, and leadership.
  • Product Display: Stock and maintain product displays according to quality and merchandising standards.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to work in other areas of the restaurant as needed.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience as a cake decorator.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
