We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Intermediate Care Unit as a Charge Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating unit staffing, implementing clinical objectives, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Assign and direct nursing and support staff during assigned shifts, ensuring effective patient care.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to achieve quality outcomes.
- Evaluate patient care effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to patient care complaints and manage through established channels.
- Contribute to staff performance evaluations and provide input for hiring, training, and development.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensing.
- One year of registered nurse experience.
