Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
  • Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
  • Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans and making adjustments as needed
  • Providing education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
