At C & B Equipment, we're looking for a skilled Precision Ag Support Center Specialist to join our team at our Field Support Office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. As a key member of our call center, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely support via various communication channels.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves providing effective solutions to customer needs through telephone, email, and other communication methods. You'll be responsible for accurately diagnosing issues with precision hardware and software, offering solutions when applicable, and serving as an internal resource for dealership employees to provide customers with accurate information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication methods
  • Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot problems with precision equipment and software
  • Serve as a valuable resource for dealership staff to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Ensure all customer interactions result in timely and effective resolutions
  • Make outgoing calls to support dealership initiatives, including Sales, Parts, Service, and Integrated Solutions
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain and enhance technical expertise
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for customers and employees during off-peak periods
  • Meet performance metrics for contact center operations
  • Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety regulations
  • Complete reports and forms as required for job tasks
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, business systems, and internet applications
  • Flexibility to travel to stores as needed
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to utilize available resources
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry (a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related technical degree preferred
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and carrying
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
