Site Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team at Bayne Development Group, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, including project planning, coordination, and execution.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that will require excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects, conduct site visits to monitor progress, and develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate with project team to ensure successful project delivery
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions
* Collaborate with the project team to resolve conflicts and address any concerns

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
* Proven track record of successfully leading projects from start to finish
* Strong knowledge of construction laws and regulations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
