  • Process policy renewals, updates, and claims efficiently
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential clients
  • Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a related field
  • Property & Casualty License preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance policies clearly
  • Multilingual abilities, especially proficiency in Spanish, is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships
  • Experience in outside sales, insurance sales, retail sales, or a related field is advantageous
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial
