Position Overview:
As a vital member of our technical team, you will engage in hands-on work to install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced robotic systems. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency of our operations and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to various client sites to provide field service support for robotic palletizing systems.
  • Conduct repairs, adjustments, and thorough testing of robotic equipment, including:
    • Robot Arm Palletizers
    • Pallet Stackers
    • Pallet Feeders
    • Layer Bagging Palletizers
    • Case Palletizers
    • Depalletizers
    • Frame Dunnage Handlers
    • Belt and Pneumatic Conveyors
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs and modify control logic for automated systems.
  • Test, repair, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machinery.
  • Provide training to clients on the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of robotic systems.

Qualifications:
  • Willingness to travel extensively; possession of a valid passport is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and maintaining PLCs, drives, vision systems, sensors, and HMI panels.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $140,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
