Position Overview:
As a key player in the field of automation, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced robotic systems. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and productivity of our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel extensively to various client sites across the country and internationally.
  • Conduct repairs, adjustments, and overhauls on robotic palletizing systems and associated machinery.
  • Work with various equipment types, including:
    • Robot Arm Palletizers
    • Pallet Stackers
    • Pallet Feeders
    • Layer Bagging Palletizers
    • Case Palletizers
    • Depalletizers
    • Frame Dunnage Handlers
    • Belt and Pneumatic Conveyors
  • Troubleshoot and modify PLC logic for closed-loop control systems.
  • Test, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machinery.
  • Provide training to clients on equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.

Qualifications:
  • Willingness to travel frequently; a valid passport is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and maintaining PLCs, drives, vision systems, sensors, and HMI panels.
