Your Impact:
As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Ensure that high-quality products are fresh, ready, and accessible in the café
  • Maintain cleanliness, monitor temperature controls, check expiration dates, and dispose of subpar food items
  • Package ready-to-sell items in appropriate containers and replenish displays
  • Prepare and serve ready-to-eat meals
  • Keep a clean, sanitized, and customer-ready workspace

Key Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration:
Stay informed about product specifications related to prepared food items; work alongside various teams and assist in educating fellow associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and be flexible to the business's needs by working in different areas.

Expertise in Food Preparation:
Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and large-scale productions; adapt to seasonal demands; comply with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate knowledge of product and layout execution.

Utilization of Technology:
Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve the shopping experience, and boost associate engagement; employ handheld technology for immediate business decisions regarding production, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with customer satisfaction in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to do the same.

Ownership of Responsibilities:
Drive performance in your area; stock and rotate merchandise; uphold quality and date control standards; minimize waste; provide customer service by acknowledging customer needs; assist customers with purchasing decisions; and resolve any issues or concerns.

Brand Advocacy:
Act as a brand ambassador; motivate and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented manner; identify obstacles and assist in training others.

Compliance and Ethics:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing related action plans; utilize the Open Door Policy; and apply these principles in executing business processes.

The hourly wage range for this position is competitive, and additional compensation may be available based on performance.
