Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement effective culinary strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.

  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions that meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, and that our kitchen operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste, reduce costs, and optimize stock levels.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our culinary team to enhance their skills and knowledge and promote career advancement.
  • Financial Management: Manage the culinary budget and ensure that all financial targets are met, including sales growth, profit margins, and labor costs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in culinary leadership roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Possess all local food management and safety certifications.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team. Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
