This role encompasses a variety of administrative and clinical responsibilities, engaging in both front office and back office tasks.

Front Office Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handling bookkeeping, accounting, and billing tasks
  • Interacting with health insurance providers
  • Overseeing email and voicemail communications
  • Documenting patient information in an electronic health record (EHR) system

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and proficiency in data management while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive health information.

Back Office Responsibilities:

As a TMS technician, you will be responsible for operating the TMS device and assisting in TMS brain stimulation procedures under the guidance of the supervising physician. Additionally, you will aid in brain mapping and machine calibration, ensuring that patients receive appropriate treatment.

This role offers hourly compensation with W-2 employment status, featuring part-time hours without night or weekend shifts. While benefits such as health insurance and paid time off are not included, there is potential for increased hours as the practice grows.

Previous experience in TMS, medical procedures, or medical office environments is advantageous.
