Job Responsibilities: What You Will Do
Oversee a fleet of 10+ drivers and manage driver availability to optimize fleet productivity. Regularly analyze profit and loss for your designated area and identify strategies to enhance profitability.
- Foster the development of high-performing drivers through daily engagement, coaching, and positive reinforcement.
- Ensure drivers meet home time expectations by actively managing commitments and expectations.
- Maximize profit and loss for all assigned tractors and trailers.
- Proactively manage safety performance to meet insurance and claims cost targets as a percentage of revenue.
