Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide direct day-to-day care to patients and families, practicing to the fullest extent of your license in accordance with organizational policies. You'll work closely with our Nurse Manager to implement patient care plans and participate in performance excellence initiatives that focus on improving patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Direct Patient Care: You'll provide direct day-to-day care to patients and families, practicing to the fullest extent of your license in accordance with organizational policies.
- Implement Patient Care Plans: You'll work closely with our Nurse Manager to implement patient care plans and ensure that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Participate in Performance Excellence Initiatives: You'll participate in performance excellence initiatives that focus on improving patient care and outcomes, working closely with our Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a School of Nursing: You must be a graduate of a school of nursing, college, or university.
- Current PA RN License: You must have a current PA RN license or PA Temporary Practice Permit.
