We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU RN to join our team at Saunders Staffing Agency. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course upon hire
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization (Vendor Managed) within 30 days of hire
  • 1 year of Nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty
