Resumen del Trabajo

Asesorar y consultar a los clientes sobre las necesidades de servicio de sus vehículos. Crear órdenes de reparación para los clientes y comunicarse con el departamento de servicio. Grandes oportunidades de crecimiento y carrera.

Responsabilidades

Recibir y saludar a los clientes de manera oportuna

Determinar la naturaleza de los problemas del cliente; puede realizar una prueba de manejo o inspeccionar visualmente el vehículo

Crear una Orden de Reparación (RO) detallando el servicio a realizar o los productos a vender

Obtener la aprobación del cliente para el servicio antes de entregar la orden al personal de servicio

Revisar las reparaciones o servicios completados con los clientes y cobrar el pago

Mantener la limpieza del showroom según sea necesario

Realizar procedimientos diarios de efectivo/ventas al cierre del día

Cumplir con el Programa de Control de Calidad de la Empresa, la Política de Seguridad de la Empresa, las regulaciones de OSHA y EPA

Gestionar el inventario de artículos en casa como filtros de aceite, neumáticos, etc.

Calificaciones Deseadas

Graduado de secundaria o formación vocacional comparable

Conocimiento de software de ventas y marketing computarizado

Conocimiento de problemas de neumáticos, lubricación y mantenimiento de autos/camiones

Experiencia utilizando Mitchell Repair, Activant, All-Data y manuales de servicio de vehículos para investigar y determinar la resolución de fallas

Experiencia Preferida:
Más de 2 años de experiencia en un entorno minorista, preferiblemente en neumáticos de autos/camiones, lubricación y mantenimiento

Más de 2 años de experiencia como Asesor de Servicio en una tienda de reparación de autos, concesionario de autos o entorno profesional comparable

Experiencia como mecánico de vehículos o técnico de lubricación
