Visual Communication Specialist

Role Summary:
As a Visual Communication Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual narratives that align with our brand ethos. Your expertise in design will contribute to a diverse range of projects, ensuring that all creative outputs adhere to established brand standards and resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop innovative design solutions for various internal requests, leveraging your strong technical skills.
2. Maintain a thorough understanding of brand guidelines and style frameworks.
3. Stay informed about emerging design technologies and trends, integrating this knowledge into your work.
4. Lead design initiatives for software titles, setting the creative vision and guiding fellow designers.
5. Collaborate with team members to provide constructive feedback and enhance design quality.
6. Identify opportunities for improvement within the design department.
7. Work both independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
8. Engage in large-scale projects and packaging assignments as directed by management.
9. Create layouts for various print materials, including logos, packaging, manuals, and promotional content.
10. Occasionally design software packaging, inserts, and label art.
11. Collaborate with internal teams, such as Localization, to ensure cohesive game manual and packaging designs.
12. Design graphics for events and trade shows, including banners, posters, and flyers.
13. Participate in group discussions by providing design comps, ideas, and constructive criticism in a positive manner.
14. Support cross-functional collaboration with other design team members as needed.
