Job Summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembly Specialist to join our team in a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role involves performing a wide range of tasks associated with the manufacture of electronic and electromechanical products within a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble a diverse group of industrial electronic products, including mechanical assembly, wiring, and soldering.
  • Perform assigned assembly duties within scheduled time limits, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Advise supervisors of any assembly issues related to quality, safety, performance, or cosmetic standards.
  • Maintain high levels of quality and adhere to ISO9001 standards.
Requirements
  • 1 year of assembly and/or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools, such as screwdrivers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
