Key Responsibilities
The Client Relations Coordinator serves as the primary liaison for external clients and the TriMas organization. They embody the voice of the company.
This role requires a self-driven and proactive individual who will excel in the responsibilities outlined below.

The Client Relations Coordinator manages customer orders and initiatives for each designated account, ensuring clear communication of client-specific expectations with various internal teams (such as engineering, production, and quality assurance). Responsibilities include order processing, standard quoting, logistics management, and invoicing tailored to each client.

The Client Relations Coordinator guarantees that the necessary infrastructure is established to meet or exceed client expectations.
This position demands the capability to resolve challenging and intricate issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
2-5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Finance is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite is essential.
Experience with Syteline or a comparable MRP system is advantageous.
A strong customer-centric approach with an understanding of how actions influence loyalty and client satisfaction.
Demonstrated analytical and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Aptitude for collaborative teamwork and cooperation.
A focus on continuous improvement.
Strong organizational skills.
A demonstrated sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability.

Limited travel may be required to build and maintain client relationships - less than 5%.
