IRA Representative

At Dupaco Community Credit Union, we're seeking a highly skilled IRA Representative to join our team. As an IRA Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by assisting with IRA and HSA account openings, maintenance, and transactions.

• Assist members with IRA and HSA account openings, maintenance, and transactions.
• Provide accurate and timely information to members regarding IRA and HSA laws, regulations, and policies.
• Process paperwork, transactions, and requests within service level standards with minimal errors.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and partner with the IRA Supervisor to deploy procedures to utilize department resources effectively.
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date on IRA and HSA regulations and best practices.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to represent the financial institution in a positive and professional manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 2 years of banking experience and/or 1-year IRA experience.
