What to Expect:
The Worthington production facility offers a dynamic work environment with semi-autonomous teams, ideal for high-performing individuals eager to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct harvest activities, including preparation, sorting, and drying.
- Engage in conditioning tasks such as sizing, gravity operation, packaging, and palletizing.
- Participate in return and rework processes.
- Perform quality analysis and control measures.
- Assist in field management activities, including scouting and maintenance.
- Handle warehousing duties, including forklift operation and sample collection.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects through data gathering.
- Undertake various other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or willingness to obtain a GED within one year of hire.
