At Titan Machinery, we're seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team as a Field Service Technician. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on diesel machinery systems, adhering to manufacturer's specifications.
- Document all work comprehensively and communicate clearly with supervisors and customers about machinery issues and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, participate in mechanical training, and identify service opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive profitability.
- 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or a related program.
- Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.
- Must have own tools or ability to acquire them.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Certification.
- Clean driving record.
