Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act and work collaboratively with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
• Supervise and mentor nursing personnel, ensuring that they are providing high-quality care and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote resident safety and well-being.

Requirements:
• Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
