Job Title: Registered Nurse

At Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a Long Term Care/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
