Licensed Mental Health Therapist

About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health in Warrington, PA. As a therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans. You will also maintain ongoing documentation using company platforms and EMR, and work with a dynamic team to ensure effective and quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans
- Maintain ongoing documentation using company platforms and EMR
- Work with a dynamic team to ensure effective and quality care
- Utilize preferred clinical techniques to assist clients achieve and exceed goals
- Participate in clinical staff meetings, training, and community outreach as directed by the clinical director
Requirements:
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- PA clinical license in one of the following: LMFT, LCSW, LPC
- 3 years experience with providing mental health treatment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
