Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Concierge to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule services for individuals and large groups using our advanced reservations system.
  • Confirm scheduled services with guests and answer questions about available services.
  • Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day and inform providers of last-minute changes.
  • Check in guests for appointments, confirm their first and last name, and provide a general spa orientation upon arrival.
  • Promote and sell spa services to our guests.
  • Process guest payments for spa services and obtain payment authorization as needed.
  • Accept and log cash tips for employees.
  • Balance, scan, and drop receipts with our accounting department.
  • Notify our maintenance team of any maintenance or repair needs.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to your manager.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our company standards.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others, answering telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by your supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification required.
