Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of skilled pediatric caregivers. As a Private Duty RN Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and thrive to their full potential.
About the Role:- Provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes, promoting their physical, emotional, and developmental well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care, as needed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, track progress, and report any concerns to healthcare providers.
- Current RN licensure and valid certification in CPR.
- Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
