Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a positive, friendly experience to our customers through conversation and service. You will answer customer inquiries from various channels, recommend solutions for customer issues, and communicate efficiently and accurately about our products, sizing, and features.

Responsibilities
  • Leads by example through delivering a positive, friendly experience and engaging our customers through conversation and service
  • Answers customer inquiries from various channels and recommends solutions for customer issues
  • Communicates efficiently and accurately about our products, sizing, and features, as well as company policies
  • Troubleshoots when necessary and proactively communicates with management regularly to ensure that complaints are forwarded to the correct department for investigation
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working in customer-facing roles preferred
  • Experience working in Gladly, or similar CRM system
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Google G Suite and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong collaborative and detail-oriented skills
  • Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment
  • Ability to quickly navigate between internal systems
  • Strong, positive attitude with high integrity
