3. Collaborate with operational teams to gain insights into business drivers and provide valuable financial data analysis.
4. Perform thorough evaluations of Medicare billing and reimbursement practices, ensuring adherence to regulations while optimizing revenue capture.
5. Examine financial metrics to uncover risks, opportunities, and potential areas for process enhancement.
6. Support the formulation of annual budgets and long-term financial strategies.
7. Convey complex financial concepts to senior management in a straightforward and concise manner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within the healthcare or assisted living sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in Medicare billing and reimbursement processes, along with relevant regulations.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in interpreting and communicating financial data.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft BI, Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
