Chief Innovation Officer - Live Event Experiences

Mills James is seeking a visionary Chief Innovation Officer to lead our live event experiences. As a creative leader, you will develop and implement innovative strategies for corporate and brand events, driving engagement and aligning with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads by Example: Treats everyone with courtesy and respect.
  • Creative Strategy: Develops and implements creative strategies for corporate and brand events.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborates closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide expert guidance.
  • Innovation: Stays current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and event production techniques.
  • Budget Management: Works with production teams to ensure projects are executed within budget constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintains high standards of quality in creative and event production.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborates with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Business Development: Formulates and presents ideas with equal excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate event production, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering creative, impactful, and memorable corporate events.
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and design principles.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Proficiency with event management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of emerging event technologies and trends.
