As an Employment Specialist at Work Opportunities Unlimited, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with barriers to employment find meaningful work. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized career plans to support clients in achieving their employment goals
  • Teach clients essential skills for job search, resume building, and interview preparation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses to create employment opportunities for clients
  • Provide on-site coaching and support to clients in their workplaces
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the community
  • Monday-Friday, daytime hours availability (flexibility offered for part-time)
  • Comfortable using technology for documentation and organization
