About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Float Pool Nurse to join our team. As a member of our clinical float pool, you will provide interim coverage of staffing needs on a short-term basis across multiple sites, including our 53 outpatient medical offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist providers as needed, including rooming patients, taking vitals, and triaging patients.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccines, and perform point-of-care testing.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to design and implement a plan of care for patients.
- Provide education to patients on self-management activities, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness.
Requirements:
- Current NH Registered Nursing (RN) licensure is required.
- Certifications: Current BLS/CPR training.
- Prior work experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Epic experience is a plus.
