Luminis Health seeks a skilled Medical Care Provider to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our physicians to provide high-quality medical services.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Care Provider who is passionate about providing acute/same day care to patients. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to ongoing education, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on education, counseling, and treatment planning to meet individual needs.
- Maintain current licensure and continuing medical education credits as required by Maryland State Law.
- Communicate treatment progress with relevant parties and refer patients to licensed physicians or other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Adhere to established routine procedures set forth by state regulations and professional organizations.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
- Two years of related clinical nursing experience.
This role may involve exposure to blood-borne pathogens, and physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
