Rose International is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.

• Perform setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Troubleshoot printed wiring assemblies and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
• Test devices to ensure proper functionality and identify trends for root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to ensure electronic systems meet quality and safety standards.
• Provide failure reports and actively seek opportunities to streamline and improve production activities.
• Follow in-process inspection procedures, check quality visually, and verify inspections by completing records.
• Able to work occasional overtime or support critical issues when needed.
• Escalate barriers and issues immediately to supervisor and necessary support functions.

• Two-year technical or four-year vocational high school education in manufacturing or a related field.
• Some soldering experience and ability to follow safety procedures and programs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and collaborate with team members.
