About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Industrial Electrician to join our team at OpSource Staffing. As a key member of our Charleston Division, you will be responsible for performing electrical installations without direct supervision in an industrial construction setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform supervised and unsupervised electrical installations
  • Communicate effectively with field supervisors and team members
  • Read and understand drawings, schematics, e-plans, and specifications
  • Direct helpers and top helpers for daily activities
  • Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements
  • Maintain jobsite cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years industrial electrical experience
  • Licensed Journeyman Electrician, preferred
  • Proficient in academic and practical knowledge of the Code and Standards in the Electrical Industry
  • Analyze and understand blueprints, layout plans, and schematics
  • Strong communications skills and customer service orientation
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery and aerial lifts
