Job Title: Global Logistics Director

Job Summary:
Eastman is seeking a highly skilled Global Logistics Director to lead our global supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in managing global transportation networks and optimizing freight movements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
Lead a team of logistics professionals to execute commercial and supplier strategy
Drive supplier excellence and innovation in all modes of logistics
Coordinate across Eastman business to understand and support business strategies
Select, retain, and inspire talent to enable achievement of short-term and long-term aspirations

Requirements:
10+ years of relevant global supply chain and logistics experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Management Sciences or related field
Masters in Supply Chain Management or Business preferred
Demonstrated leadership qualities including ability to drive improvements, make decisions, influence others, and seek consensus
Excellent communication, both written and oral, along with strong organizational and negotiation skills
