Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair for a Class A office building

  • Knowledge of general construction principles and practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Experience with basic electrical services and fire and safety codes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
