Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations in Norwich, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire pharmacy operation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Register with the state board of pharmacy as the supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge, and maintain the pharmacy in compliance with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations.
- Operational Management: Oversee the entire pharmacy operation to achieve financial goals, including budget, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Leadership and Development: Manage pharmacy support personnel, including job performance and reviews, and guide and train pharmacy associates to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Patient-Centered Services: Participate in business development activities, including immunization, MTM, and wellness programs, and counsel patients and medical providers on the nature and use of drugs, dosage, drug interactions, and side effects.
- Quality Improvement: Maintain and participate in continuous quality improvement programs to ensure patient safety, and use professional judgment to provide exemplary service within the pharmacist's scope of practice.
- NY License: Must be licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of New York.
- Immunization Certification: Must have immunization certification.
- Recent Pharmacy Manager Experience: Recent experience as a pharmacy manager is preferred.
