- Initiate and maintain positive relationships with patients and families

- Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific research
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers in an interdisciplinary approach to provide care to patients and families
- Contribute to the educational development of staff, patients, family, and self
- Comply with all policies and standards, including the secure maintenance of Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Completion of a formal Physician Assistant training from an accredited program with NCCPA certification
- Nursing Doctorate or Master Degree in Nursing, MSN
