We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Services Analyst to join our team within the Legal Department. As a key member of our eDiscovery team, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and responding to multiple requests for preservation and collection of electronically stored information (ESI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Intake, execute, and track multiple requests to preserve and collect ESI, including emails, instant messages, electronic documents, and call recordings.
- Monitor and maintain accurate metrics and detailed tracking information related to preservation and collection efforts in our proprietary workflow system.
- Communicate status among different groups, including eDiscovery team members, litigation support, in-house counsel, corporate security, compliance, and other business users.
- Ensure accuracy of the data preserved or collected, confirming that the search yielded the desired results.
- Deliver data accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Assist in refining and documenting our eDiscovery team's processes to ensure work is conducted in the most defensible and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Technical experience with Microsoft Office 365 eDiscovery products, including Purview Premium and Purview Standard.
- Technical experience with Encase Information Assurance.
- Technical experience with workflows and scripting, with PowerShell preferred and Microsoft Graph API as a plus.
- Experience in a large corporate environment preferred.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and related tools.
- Ability to work independently and transparently, while also acting as a collaborative team player.
- Ability to prioritize heavy workload with competing deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Keen analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic communications, including email, social networks, instant messaging, text messaging, wikis, and blogs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, including structure and versioning.
- Understanding of virtual servers.
