Key Responsibilities- Treatment Planning and Management
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Therapy and Education
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Develop and lead psycho-education groups to promote patient understanding and empowerment.
- Documentation and Communication
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Professional Development
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to promote a culture of excellence in mental health care.
- Education
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, nursing, or a closely related field.
- License/Certification
- Current Minnesota license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience
- At least 2 years of supervised therapy experience in mental health/substance use disorders, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.
- Experience working in an inpatient or outpatient mental health setting.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and best practices in mental health care.
