We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Adventist Health. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in administering radiopharmaceuticals and radiation to detect and treat diseases.
Key Responsibilities- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and radiation to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
- Prepare and measure radioactive isotopes for therapeutic and diagnostic studies.
- Perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation.
- Coordinate patient flow and maintain procedure quality control.
- Diploma or certificate from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine.
- State Nuclear Medicine License (required in CA and HI).
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine or Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Venipuncture certification (required in CA and HI).
