Job Overview: International Staff Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As an ISSM, you will be responsible for managing the cybersecurity posture of classified programs, ensuring compliance with government directives and program requirements. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including government agencies, security professionals, and system administrators, to maintain an acceptable information systems security posture.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing NISPOM Chapter 8, DAAPM, ICD503, and JSIG IS requirements. They should possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication skills and customer service skills. Additionally, they should have a demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and work in a team environment.

This position offers a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The location is flexible, but candidates must have a Top Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain SAP and SCI access.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain day-to-day security posture and continuous monitoring of IS, including security event log review and analysis.
  • Determine controls applicable to the application and document control implementation in the SCTM.
