Key Responsibilities
  • Provide extraordinary service and experience for our clients and pets.
  • Communicate information effectively between doctors, team members, and clients.
  • Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
  • Welcome and assist clients/pets arriving for appointments.
  • Schedule/confirm outpatient appointments and inpatient procedures.
  • Cleaning of exam rooms, front desk and lobby.

Requirements:

  • Must love pets AND people.
  • Previous client service experience in an animal hospital REQUIRED.
  • A knowledge of basic Veterinary Medicine.
  • Must be punctual and dependable.
  • Must be a self starter.
  • The ability to multi-task and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with medications and common veterinary conditions/terminology.
  • Familiarity with Cornerstone is a PLUS.
