We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Service Tech to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our high-tech machinery, ensuring optimal operation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular and preventative maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation.

  • Carry out the installation, calibration, and repair of complex machinery, tools, and equipment.

  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Maintenance Tech or in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, installation, calibration, and repair.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues with manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
  • Proficient in using various types of computer software and systems related to the job.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical team members.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and standards in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy machinery parts.
