Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Respiratory Therapist to join our team at The Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation and nursing center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with respiratory conditions, including cardio-pulmonary and neurological disorders.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to identify treatment needs and goals.
  • Provide specialized care and treatment to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of [state].
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
