Clinical Speech Therapist for Precision Care

About the RoleThis full-time position involves providing evidence-based speech and language evaluations, establishing positive rapport with patients, and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs and circumstances. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other specialty providers to establish an integrated treatment plan.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations, including biannual or annual re-evaluations as necessary, to assess patient progress.
- Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including CRNPs and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Patient Communication: Establish strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families, providing clear explanations and addressing concerns in a supportive manner.
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university, hold a valid Pennsylvania state license in Speech-Language Pathology, and have earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). A minimum of two years' experience in speech and language services, preferably in a clinical setting, is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills and Qualities- Telehealth Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience working in telehealth settings.
- Electronic Medical Record Navigation: Proficiency in navigating electronic medical record systems and other relevant technology is essential.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Clinical Development: A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advances in technology and healthcare is expected.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$50,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
