Rol:

  • Reportando al Director de Ingeniería, el Coordinador de Proyectos Mecánicos es responsable de supervisar proyectos estratégicos para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de calidad. Actuando como el Gerente de Proyecto, el titular colaborará con partes interesadas internas y externas para completar con éxito los proyectos asignados.

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar Proyectos de Capital y Gastos Mayores.
  • Integrar el trabajo de proyectos de ingeniería con las actividades diarias de producción.
  • Proporcionar experiencia en ingeniería de proyectos y habilidades de diseño para completar las tareas asignadas.
  • Comunicar las actividades del proyecto a los miembros del equipo para minimizar conflictos.
  • Informar sobre el estado del proyecto y recomendar acciones correctivas para las variaciones.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de ingeniería y regulaciones de seguridad.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre desarrollos de la industria y tecnologías emergentes.

Calificaciones:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Mecánica preferido.
  • Experiencia en una instalación de industria pesada.
  • Dominio de software como SAP, Excel, AutoCAD, entre otros.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno de equipo.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
