Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal entities management function, you will provide internal legal support and project management for a broad range of internal transactions involving our global subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft legal documents for corporate transactions and manage outside counsel for multi-jurisdictional projects.
  • Coordinate all legal aspects of internal corporate transactions, including leading advisory calls and serving as a communication link between corporate tax, local tax, and finance teams.
  • Work with legal entity managers to advise on corporate secretarial action items, scheduling needs, and governance requirements.

Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school and a member in good standing with the bar.
  • Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
  • 5+ years target legal experience.
  • Understanding of corporate governance requirements in various jurisdictions.
